Our Development Framework

Every project follows a clear, structured path tailored to each client’s needs. The process moves through three connected phases, each one building on the last and shaped to fit your brand’s priorities and timeline.

Concept to Tech Pack

Sourcing to Sampling

Production Managment

From concept through production oversight, every phase is built to protect your investment and strengthen your brand’s internal capability.

The Process

  • Phase 01. Concept to Tech Pack

We translate your creative direction into detailed, vendor-ready documentation. including 3D design. mockup,or flat sketch, construction notes, and an initial bill of materials.

When It’s Right for You: You have a product idea or inspiration but need it developed into a technical foundation.

  • Phase 02. Sourcing to Sampling

We collaborate with vendors to source yarns and trims, manage prototypes and sample revisions, and refine fit and construction.

When It’s Right for You: You’ve approved your tech pack and are ready to move into sampling.

  • Phase 03. Production Management

Oversee the entire bulk production process, including vendor coordination, fit approvals, and quality control to ensure a seamless experience.

When It’s Right for You: You’ve approved your sample and are preparing for bulk production.

Investment

Starting at $1,200 per style (Phase 1).
Each phase is scoped individually during discovery and customized to your product, volume, and involvement level.

Built for Brands Who Are Growing Thoughtfully

Start small. Start right.

Build something that lasts.

Many of our clients are expanding into knitwear for the first time. They’re looking for expert guidance and a process that’s flexible, clear, and built for where they are now.

That’s where we come in.

We specialize in helping brands start small, start right, and grow with confidence. Our process is collaborative and grounded in deep technical knowledge, from strategy through production. We focus on what works best for your product, your timeline, and your goals, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Clients often return season after season, relying on us for ongoing development, education, and partnership as their collection evolves.
