Tier 01 - Concept to Tech Pack

You have an idea but need help preparing it for development.

Tier 02 - Tech Pack to Sampling

Guides you from tech packs to initial samples, providing sourcing support, fit comments, and product development for initial samples.

  • 3 Vendor options and initial quotes

  • Sourcing support for materials and trims

  • Initial sample management (prototypes or showroom samples)

  • Fit review and feedback on initial samples

This tier is for you if:
You’ve completed Tier 01 and want expert-led support managing vendor communication, sourcing, and sample development..

Tier 03 -  Production Management

  • Bulk purchase order creation

  • Sizing breakdown support and UPC/barcode creation (if needed)

  • AQL and production tolerances guidance

  • Coordination with warehouse or logistics team

Oversee the entire bulk production process, including vendor coordination, fit approvals, and quality control to ensure a seamless experience.

This tier is for you if:
You’ve completed Tiers 01 and 02 and are ready to move into production with support on POs, trims, approvals, and delivery tracking.

Pricing starts at $1,200 per style and scales based on complexity and number of tiers booked. We’ll talk through options during your discovery call and tailor a scope that fits your goals.
