High Summer Graphic Tee Capsule for Florence by Mills

When Delta Galil sought to reimagine the Florence by Mills tee assortment, they brought me on to guide the creative and technical groundwork.

Delta Galil brought me on as an external consultant to help strengthen the Florence by Mills tee assortment using my Tier 01 service. Working in collaboration with Holly Shapiro, Executive Creative Director at Splendid, our goal was to rework the existing program through a creative and technical lens that would better connect with the brand’s Gen Z audience.

We focused on finding what silhouettes were missing and refining the fits and proportions needed for a more balanced and commercially viable collection. The process combined body, and graphic research into one creative development phase. I reviewed the existing assortment, identified gaps, and developed visual references to map where the line could evolve. The graphics were inspired by destinations personally selected by Millie Bobby Brown; Marbella, Palm Beach Club, Georgia, and Bethnal Green

Even at the Tier 1 stage, clear visuals and focused direction can save weeks of back and forth for large teams.

Using Delta Galil’s Centric PLM system, I assembled initial tech packs and uploaded all related visuals, specifications, and artwork files for review. This ensured the internal teams had a structured starting point and clear documentation to hand off to their vendors.

The collaboration set the stage for an updated collection, with Delta Galil refining and combining the strongest bodies and graphics for release.
